RE-CHARGE: MIND, BODY, & SPIRIT

Have you ever heard the saying:

" You lessen your chances of defeat by predetermining your victory!"

I didn't completely understand the power the meaning of those words held at the time, yet eventually, my realization, understanding, and acceptance did just that.

A skill that only came with inner strength, that enlightened my being. Allowing success in almost every challenge that I would face on this path we walk in life.

Regardless of the thoughts being of positive desire or negative intent holds Great, Mysterious Power. The Skill of believing in oneself will hold its weight in gold.

Just as the Words we use and the Thoughts we think greatly determine the outcome.

the question is how do we get our minds to operate in a positive light and start thinking on the brighter side?

I can only advise you on what assisted in raising my vibrations,

Gather a large bowl of fresh water and add:

*3 drops of Rose Oil,

*2 drops of Juniper Oil

*2 pinches of Salt.

I went outside to the Sunshine walking barefoot upon the blades of soft grass and carrying my Magic Tincture. I kneeled, placed the bowl on the ground in front of me, closed my eyes, and lifted my face to the Sun. I quieted my mind from the day's heavy thoughts. I focused on the warmth of the Sun feeling the light warming me with pure Energy. I felt the nutrients soaking into my skin. I placed both hands at my sides and onto the grass while absorbing the light of life into my face as it slowly radiated down my body. My hands have begun releasing low vibrations and what I visualize as murky, spoiled energy out and into the ground. I then cupped both my hands into my purity tincture and let it wash over my face...

Only once you cleanse away the grit can you release what has built up within...
